After being linked with Figo (over the hill) and Solano (lightweight), it was great to hear us being linked with Hasan Salihamidzic for the right midfield position. If we can get him for the £3m I have heard bandied about, it could be the signing of the season...

Salihamidzic is a good player and with a good work ethic. Should be a good addition.

Sithlord! A picture of Yoda and the title "Sith lord"! Talk about an insult to the force! Besides, Yoda is my thing!

I like this player too, but I wouldn't turn my nose up at Nobby. But I'd rather wait and sign a top notch player in Jan rather than rushing into buying a player now. Mind you, Salihamidizic is a bit of a mouthful, and at 50p a letter it's an extra £6.50 on the shirt!

he is a bosnian international,and has been part of of bayern munich,s success for the last six to seven years,but does anybodyknow how old he is

if he,s 28 then he,s in his prime years and we should sign him,he is a quality player with a lot of pace

Best player we have been linked with on the right hand side all summer, which we had a chance of signing anyway (Joaquin was never going to happen and we couldn't compete with Chelski for SWP).

You would get no complaints from me if we got him. Never seen the bloke play, but it'd be worth it just to see all the lads walking about with "hamsaladsandwich" on the back of the shirts. If Mr Sithlord dreampt this one up himself then it's a top effort. Well done mate. :laugh:
