APPARENTLY, to shanklygates.com the baros transfer will go through by the end of this week. 6m plus solano. rafa gets 6m, plus a rightsided quality midfield player.

(not that bad of a deal TBH!) how old is solano BTW?

solano has a lot of excellent qualities. a great crosser, a dead ball expert and gererally possesses a great football brain. the only thing that lets him down is pace.

however, with time running out we could do a lot worse.

Solano has a fu.cked up personal life at the moment though.

According to the tabloids a few weeks ago, he has just got his wife AND another bird pregnant at the same time. Something tells me he won't be playing his best football this year with that going on. If Villa are looking rid then that's why. He's a good player, but I'd pass on him personally

Well last time I checked this WAS the rumour thread

To be honest, I don't think the Mirror could make a claim like that if it wasn't true, Solano would have had them up in court straight away if it was bollox

I don't really care anyway, we're never going to sign him I don't think, so it doesn't concern us
