First of all, is there a press conference ?? i don't think so as nothing mentioned on the official website.

Yeah I've not seen anything in there , assumed there was a conference after reading other references to it . But with Rafa's declaration that there would be more new signings announced this week plus Gerrard and Carragher signing new contracts today you would think that there would be some kind of statement to the press at least .

I heard Harry wants 10 million for Crouch :oops:

ffs we sold Owen for 8 million, and got Morientes for 6, Crouch ffs I am fuming and I hope he does NOT sign for us, for a stupid amount of money like 8-10 million pound, could get Defoe for 8 million and probably Kuijt.

But considering their was supposed to be signings by today their hasn't been anything concrete apart from the Figo situation and and bids for Crouch.

I know Rafa said at the Zenden press conference that 2 or 3 morw would be named this week but sometimes even SSN arnt told about it until after it has actually happened. Best thing is to keep checking on anfieldroad.com or the official site. Figo is 99% now set to join LFC. All terms ahve been agreed but RM are ovbviously :censored:

off at misinf out on SG that they are now demandin £2M form an original free transfer. Any how im sure even if it comes down to it, its £2M for a world class midfielder who has maybe 1 year or 2 at the most left.

The only other person(s) i can see being mentioned today if at all are Gabrielle Milito, Kuyt or Upson.

Im sure if Rafa had a choice he would rather spend 10M on Juyt than 8M on crouch.

Stevies contract 20 million / 100 grand a week :no

Carras new contact 65 grand a week.
Thats best part of 30 million isnt it?
Figo 65 grand a week

feck off.
Traore has signed a 4 year contract.
Reina 6 million.

We really really need cover for carra and sammi, I am very suprised we have not bought 2 defenders, this area needs the most concentration on and improving.

My mistake sorry i found the article. Barragan, Reina and Gonzales will be present at the conference today and the other new signing will be revealed alos but not present.
