Reading through all this...all I have in my head is that Stevie G's conduct has changed himself from "the man" to the kid who ran away from home and came crawling back.

I hope he grows up - I think he realised noone is bigger than the club from all the backlash when news spread about him wanting to leave. Let's hope he remembers it.

So what is going on? Yesterday's big post from JBG seemed spot on - but now it seems SG's football's equivalent of Mariah Carey having a hissy fit! I hope Rafa keeps reminding him of what Stevie said a few weeks ago about having not played well this season and LFC fans would see him at his best next season.
I'm absolutely delighted about him staying - back from 3-0 down at half time AGAIN. But I share the concerns that he'll just be a prima donna with even more toys to throw out of the pram...................

I dont think its right 2 b critical of RB if u were the manager of LFC would u take tactical advice of some1 20 years ur junior. Not a chance RB has ever rite 2 talk 2 his players anyway he likes thats y he gets paid the big money

bad advice from all sorts of people. i really think or hope he will give us a great season he owes us that after all the baby going ons. you need a big heart to support this club and after turkey and this mines going to explode.

Apparently so... he's changed his mind.. wants to stay.. and we're all waiting for him to sign the contract thats there for him.

Agreed, he apitomizes what a Liverpool captain should be. 110% committed to the cause, motivating, respected, and above all, in love with Liverpool FC. Look how he played through the last of the final in Istanbul, in agony with cramp, and still prevented a goal.
