Stu "Is it true you are coming back to Liverpool?"

Sander "I don't know i hope so, *sly smile* I'm just over to watch the game".

Stu "So you haven't heard anything then?"

Sander "no i don't know" *Laughs*

Stu "I notice you had a good season last year in Spain though... Would you like to play for Benitez?"

Sander "I'd love to play for Liverpool again"

Stu "you don't give much away do you?"

Sander laughs, i shake his hand, tell him good luck an thanks for the memories. :D

Cheesey... but true lol.

I don't know what was more irritating with Westerveld, his frequent mistakes or Houlliers bizarre insistence on sticking to the correct fenetic pronunciation of his first name, "Sonder" this, and "Sonder" that. It's a bit bit like Nunez, since when did we all become Catalans and Basques? All this Noon-i-eth nonsense does my head in. While he plays for us, it'll always be Noon-ez in my book. Just imagine being stood with your mates in the pub and start talking about Noon-i-eth? They'd think you had a bit of Pork Scratching stuck between your molars. I ask you.

to be fair, though, westerveld worked hard for the team for a long time. unfortunately he wasn't that good. and i'll never forget that slapping contest he had with....errr...... oh.... whatsisname.

Hi St Michael, if you had to guess forum members jobs in here you'd put Stu down as a Copper wouldn't you ...the arrogance, the superiority complex, the dismissive attitude......he's become the epitome of the british copper :D
