I honestly think that Morientes is simply after regular first team football ,and stability . He is very aware of Raffa as a manager and his abilities to get the best out of players from playing against Valencia in La Liga, he can see that there is something big stirring in Liverpool what with Alonso Garcia and Nunez etc here .Plus the fact that SG has said he isnt going anywhere.
Monaco is yes, a millionaires playground , but if that was all Morientes wanted.......ie money and the good life , then he would stay at Real sit on his ars.e and say " thankyou very much " to 90 grand a week and enjoy the sun.
He doesnt want that, he wants to play regular football for a succesful team. Monaco sold alot of their players have bugger all money to spend and a stadium on top of a car park !!!

The best thing I've heard all day. You make a very good point which nobody has pointed out before. If money was the case he would be keeping his mouth shut and warming himself on the Galactico bench. If Morientes does sign he'll be wearing the number 12 shirt

Seriously the reason I have so many is because I type extremely fast in a short period of time so I can make plenty of posts in footie topics in a short amount of time and I'm not talking about Dom type of posts with just smileys.
