Theres a man city fan just joined and makes some interesting comments, but when the likes of that Dappy fella, and that manc slut come on and give abuse I will take a swipe at them like most people on here and this other idiot squashed.
E7 the hammer doesnt get abuse, and If any mancs or evertonains apart from Dom join they are just wind up merchants.

All this talk about the General chat forum it was recomened to me when i said hello to everybody. Before i introduced myself i did put a few post onto all of the forum but nothing to serious until now, by the way have had enough bout wath SG is going to do who is coming or not because some of the lads here are like myself true fans and do give a s*it about the club and how we play :;):

If i lived in pool i would be going to every game home and away with or without a ticket.

Would love to be in the postion to be able to do that but alaiss not to be yet till win the LOTTO and get flying leassons LOL:p

In fairness Leon many fans of other teams come in here and get respect ,take Dom 1 as an example .Those that get chased off are usually trying to take the p iss.
Although there have been occasions when some well meaning soul has been mugged but thats usually by one of our newbies who think that proves their affiliation to LFC .

Its a good point that Leon and Simic make about opposition fans. To the best of my knowledge, no person has been banned on the forum merely because they are a supporter of another club. The majority of people who have been banned have been supporters of other clubs here to cause abuse or start a windup, but there have been a few who come here just for some chat.

Of course, it doesn't help when you get some clown immediately dismissing them as a Manc t****** or a bluenose ****** merely because the new member doesn't support Liverpool. Whats most ironic is that our member who is most guilty of Manc and Toffee bating has never even stepped foot in Liverpool.

it's a fair point you make leon. i post a lot more frequently in general chat than i used to but i still come on this forum to predominantly talk about liverpool. as i'm sure you're aware, 95% of the topics i start are about lfc. general discussion for me is somewhere to go when the main area is bogged down with repetitive posts and petty squabbling.

I agree there are wind up merchants who come on here just to cause trouble and they are rightly banned, but at times some supporters from other clubs do get unfair treatment reagerdless. The thing that annoys me more than anything is the fact that there squabbles are carried out in full view of the forum instead of just keeping it to themselves and using the PM option

Good point Woof, even the Leeds spammers had one or 2 lads who were OK beneath the cr*p. But pure wind-up merchants will always get grief.

The squables have always been there sadly, and Stu The Red's rows with people last year were notorious.

However, love him or loathe him, Stu always has something interesting to say, and he hits the target more often than people give him credit for.

Sadly, there are a new breed of children now in LFC: General Discussion which in many ways are far worse than Stu ever were. At least Stu has an opinion, not something he cut and pasted from the official Liverpool website and then argued about it as if it were gospel. The fights nowadays are childish, pointless and self indulgent, and frankly I just feel like deleting every post now that goes overboard.

Some people here just think the rest of us all just want to hear what their big fat gob has to say the whole time, and those same people never listen or appreciate what other members have to say.

I know what I'm like. I only get abusive with the pi$$takers.

Fans of other clubs are welcome on here. I just have no patience with the members who choose to support other clubs who interrupt and generally disrupt the flow.

Dom causes no trouble, neither does that Hammers fan who posts on here. But that f***wit Cheese boy used to irritate me, with his blatant double meaning posts. He was a Manc, who did little to endear himself to me when I was a newbie on here by taking me on when he should have minded his own business. I didn't bother him until he bothered me first.

Big Ben, a Red fair enough, just an absolute fruitcake though. Fan of Diouf's as well.

Then the Leeds fans episode. Indefensible.

Finally dapioneer. Say no more.

Okay, I'm a Manc and Toffee baiter. But they always started it. I just gave it back. If they come on here wanting to talk and mind their own business fair enough to them. But I'm just defending a site that I spend a fair amount of time on. Nothing wrong with that.
