I can see why Jurgen played Shaq, he probably thought that Leicester were going to get everyone behind the ball which in fairness they did.

Keita's best game for Liverpool  ,I thought he was our most attacking player last night always eager to run with the ball and the only player in white to rattle the Hammerz defense, easily the most attack motivated player on the pitch. If he continues in this vein he will become a player completely pivotal to our charge.

Man of the match along with Fabinho

Agree again with this, still a work in progress, but there is progress, he could develop into a gem yet.

First time in a long time that Keita has looked like an LFC player.  Was good on the ball and didn't fold like a sheet when a tackle came in.  Hopefully it's a sign of more things to come.  Great passing.

Yup he is progressing and slowly hitting his heights. We have seen him slowly improving in our previous 2 draws. Keita is hitting form in the right time, long may it continue.

Sure i read a stat he successfully completed 90% of his 120 passes and had more than half in the Bournemouth end.

I think this season has been a bit or "trial and error" for Naby. I think we will see the best of him in the next season or two.

I hope so mate, I really thought he was going to be the Mutts Nuts for us but after a promising start he's been very disappointing.

Was just looking at his stats in the prem from start of season up until our game against Burnley (March 10th)

In 30 league games selected 27 times,

Started 12 games, subbed off in 8 of them.

Came on as sub in 9 other games.

Unused sub in 6 other games

No goals scored and credited with just one assist.

After waiting as long as we did and paying over £50 million for him I think we're entitled to expect a bit more   :(

Some players fit in very quick with some i guess it takes a lot of time. However i do agree i expected more from Keita.

From our signings in the summers only Fab and Alisson have slotted into the main xi. Shaq and Keita have been on and off. So realistically feels like we just added 2 player.

Keita in pre-season looked really good and exactly what i was expecting. I really thought he was going to blitz this league. I guess we will have to be wait and maybe will see the best of him next season.

I think his lack of a huge impact on our performaces could be the way Klopp is asking him to play, at times he sits too deep (just in front of the back four), and If he's playing along with Fabinho and Wjnaldum, he doesn't need to sit so deep.

Maybe that is why he has a lack of assists thus far.

At just 24 years old though. the best of him is yet to come, as he's not at his prime yet.

But just like everyone else, I haven't been blown away by Naby's performances and impact.

There is a player in there. He's had a below average season but he'll come good IMO. However, he should consider himself lucky he's affored a full season to settle in, most players in big clubs don't get that in this day and age.

Its never always easy moving leagues - a classic case is someone like Ronaldo who was hit and miss , plus a lot of very successful players took there time

He started well , then got a knock , struggled a bit since then mid season , started to get going again then got another knock so it’s a bit stop start from him but the player didn’t sign for one season - he signed for multiple and every chance he will become a great player for him - as long as people don’t feel “entitled” about signings

Looked great in pre season. Confidence is an issue and injuries haven’t helped. Settling into a new club and country is never easy? I’ll be amazed if the lad doesn’t come good. The new regime don’t seem to make Marco type ***** ups.
