RIP stu mate, we were going to meet in Oktoberfest this year. Will never forget our conversations over the years on FB and msn.

We're all very saddened to hear of Stu's passing. He was a true red and knew his stuff when it came to the game of football.  I offer my sincere condolences and assure you that Stu will be missed by us.

What I loved about Stu was his ability to tell people they were talking a load of rubbish (even when he was wrong ) with a laugh and a smile. We all get a bit carried away from time to time on this forum and Stu bless him was no exception. I think I can speak for everybody when I say that his imput was always valued and highly entertaining.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and Stu's family. You have all endured some really difficult times. I'm sure that the memories you have of Stu will provide a lot of comfort. He was a great bloke and will be very sadly missed.

Thanks for posting Caroline and I'm glad you've been able to see the impact Stu had on such a diverse group of Liverpool supporters from all around the world. He was one of the true characters of Newkit and we'll miss his posts.

This is my 10,000th post and following tradition I dedicate it to Stu, Drummerphil and Red37 together with the 96 and the 39 who lost their lives at Heysel. God bless you all.
