Liability. Hasn't ever looked like he's in football for the love of the game.

i really doubt scs that we will shell out that for lallana and then sign fabregas.  its even doubtful whether we have even enquired about him where as we have already made a couple of bids on adam who appears to be the no 1 priority

But such a young guy who had all the money he ever needed so early on. Surely there's a moment when he matures and BR could do that job

This could turn out to be a great quote if proved wrong :-)

Not related to us but what about this quote from di Maria :D

"It hurts when you’re always doing your best for your club and then you hear that you might be going to Tottenham"

He's a good player, we should go for him if he's available. Soton can do one, but it appears that Adam might force his way out, as cardiff-red said above. We'll still have to pay those 25 million though, which is really a lot of money and I'm saying that as a big fan of Lallana.

soton will only get £19 million of that £25 million though as Bournmouth are owed around £6 million if they sell Adam L

Controversial photo from Miami below, apparently the kid asked him are you going to sign for LFC and reply was "Hope so mate"

I think it's been obvious that he wants to play for us, it's just that Soton want too much money. In the end though, I think they'll settle for 25m + 5m depending on appearances and such. That's a lot of money and Southampton won't refuse it considering that Adam wants a move to Anfield and will be unhappy if it doesn't happen.

With players of Saquiris quality available and Konoplyanka I wouldn't give in to a £30m
package deal for a 26 year old Lallana plus his wages.

Possible we could lure the two aforementioned for that, both terrific players and younger.

We have to be careful and prudent, smart buying has been a winning formula for us lately
and champs league football shouldn't change that.

Liverpool are set to sign Emre Can from Bayer Leverkusen after activating a £9.75m release clause in his contract.

Brendan Rodgers has been chasing the Turkish-born Germany Under-21 international for a while and has been over to personally check on the player's progress.

The 20-year-old is an energetic box-to-box midfielder and should provide the Reds with extra impetus in the middle of the park.

Inter Milan were also keen on Can but it was always his intention to move to the Premier League.
