That's how people will get round it.

FFP will not stop the big clubs getting bigger. As soon as UEFA threaten a top club then it will kick off. Remember it clearly 20 odd years ago. Even our owners have come out and doubted the credibility of it. Money talks in football and UEFA do not hold the power.

I said this pages back, you think City will stop spending? They will simply pay themselves x amount a year to sponser themselves. This wont change anything. Even if it did all Barca, Real, AC, Scum and city have to do is stick two fingers up and they will give them anything they want.

FSG are stupid to think this will be a huge change and we will suddenly all be on a level playing field.

I actually, like the Owners. Mr Henry, cleared our debt, which is very good.

So sad to see how well Rogers had us playing today and we couldn't kill the game off when we had the chance. Can't help but think if we had an established striker up front we would have got 3 points today. Instead the wait for 1st win for the season goes on and with it more pressure on the manager and team.

Henry and Werner have no money to invest in the team. They couldn't even afford to invest in that much needed striker. Thus I feel they must get out of our club.

Exactly what use is there clearing the debt if we are going to slip further behind.

Don't worry.. if this streak continues and we don't bring in a few quality faces in January the fans will kick off.

Based on current form and results, we'll be fighting a relegation battle in January.

Please Suport this team. I can understand fully people getting frustrated in us not getting atleast a point yesterday but seriously the way we played yesterday not many teams would be able to live with us.

All this relegation talk im hearing is ridiculous and quite frankly Vile. We have 2 points from 5 but weve played the best 3 teams in the league according to last season and we played 2 of them off the park.

That says everything about them doesn't it? Yesterday was a poignant day for this football club and our owners couldn't even be bothered to show up and show their support. They're not interested in our club, they don't value our club and the sooner we are sold to someone who is, the better.

Your going to have to dry your eyes mate.

Because I have a feeling they are with us for the long term. Especially if the Anfield regeneration programme happens.

I am supporting this team, to me this team has a great deal of promise about it, Rodgers is a manager who has my full support and I believe there is a massive potential with our young players, however, without a clinical finisher we're going to slide further and further down the table. 8th last season can become 11th this season. Borini just hasn't settled in yet and despite his impressive form for Roma last season, the fella isn't a clinical finisher, neither is Suarez despite his goals-to-games ratio for his national team. FSG have had all summer to ensure this was corrected by funding the money for Rodgers to bring someone in and now there's talk of this happening in January, but the reality is it won't happen in January and I doubt it will happen next summer.

We are currently sitting in the relegation zone and you can think such talk is vile, but it well become a reality, no team is too good or too big to go down. Such arrogance saw Newcastle relegated three years ago.

asking americans to love football isnt really an easy thing to do. ironically their "football" is play majority with the hands.
saw a report recently that henry is tired of managing two huge franchises and looking to sell red sox. i dont believe that, selling LFC most likely.
