I don't get you guys. Why the hell would you want Aguero? Where would you play him, what kind of formation would you use with him, Carroll and Suarez? Should we play with 3 strikers? But didn't we need width? And dont we need to sign 4 or 5 WORLD CLASS players this summer? How on earth would we sign 4-5 players if we're going to spend 40 mill on a single player?!?!?

Great player, fantastic actually, but we dont need him or can even afford him at the moment.

and how much will each of your World Class players cost you think? As for where to play him and which formations there are already a couple of viable formations contributed above...

We could also off load:

Konchesky
Jovanovic
Pulsen
Aquilani
Degen
El Zhar
... and Aguero one of the premier players in the world is not looking too expensive...

You can always day dream.

What's wrong with a 4-3-3? A lot of the best teams in the world use that style because they have the players to do so. If we spend 40 on aguero, recoupe 25 in player sales, that's only 15 spent. Spend another 15-20 on a winger and our attack options are very strong. We buy a left back for 10-15 and that's really a decent summer.

Our squad is way too big anyway - number of players plus cost (over 100 million quid for the last 2 seasons - for what?). I'd rather we reduced it by 5 players and focused on kwality.

Kenny has a big job on his hands getting rid of the players we don't need. Finding buyers may be hard.

Aguero, I think we still need another striker, would personally sell N'Gog, if the club can spend wisely in the other areas where we need to strengthen I can see nothing wrong in going for him, genuine marquee signing and would send a message that we mean business.

Aguero is way overrated IMO. 45mil fk off. Anyway Sid Lowe saying price and wages are the current stumbling block for us so I don't expect us to pursue him any further. If we sign someone young like Wickham then we will have the 3 plus Kuyt. More than enough.

cole 4-5m,
ngog 4-5m,
degen 2-3m,
el zhar 2-3m, and
insua 5m-6m,

that cud recoup 35- 40m say. if we spent it all on aguero, with maybe 30m already for transfers, jose enrique for 15m and 15m for hazard, i know i wud be wel chuffed with that.

reina, jones, gulasci

carragher, agger, skrtel, johnson, ENRIQUE, kelly, flanagan, wilson, krygiakos

gerrard, meireles, lucas, maxi, spearing, HAZARD, shelvey, kuyt (maybe PARKER )

suarez, carroll, AGUERO, pacheco

that gives us r 25man squad for next season,,,, i think it looks pretty alrite.

Is Samir Nasri worth a shout ?? He's out of contract soon and doesn't look like he wants to sign again on the dotted line for Arsenal.

Heard that Mwanck Utd are keeping tabs in case there is further development about the player.

I think he is, but may want not want to leave a club that are in the Champions League to join us when we are not?

more like around £20m - not 35-40

oh and while i'm throwing a dampener on things, hazzard has said he doesn't want to leave and just signed a new contract with lille.

Didnt arsenal finish 4th, will probably have a very tricky qualifier to get into champs league, Spurs were 3-0 against braga last year in their tie.
