I'm still hoping to hear that we have signed Anelka as part of the Torres deal. I like Carroll but i'd rather the club hold on to that sort of money, evaluate and spend it more wisely in the summer.

Also, still not sure how Carroll can pass a medical when he isn't fit to play at the moment? He's been on the bench for my dream team for 3 weeks now.

Had to go out so haven't heard or read anything for past couple of hours.

I take it nothing much has changed then.

Oh , apart from us offering £35m for Andy Carroll. Or is that bullsh*t !

We dont need more centre backs just yet - we have Kelly and Wilson coming through, plus Agger will be amazing now he'll be allowed to be a ball-carrying centre back under Kenny. Plus we have Carra, Skrtel and The Greek.

Relax until the summer and then try to prise away a great CB like Per Mertesacker without the need to rush about in the January window and pay inflated prices.

Yes, Agger WILL be amazing now he's shown signs of it lately. And FFS stop putting Torres in those imaginatory lineups, he's gone. I am so excited about our future after the Carroll story broke.

Im starting to think Torres has went all Dark Knight and concocted with Commissionar Dalglish to organise a move to gain LFC a huge Liverpool transfer fee because

no chance.were buying carroll because torres fecked off and abramovich gave us £50mil.
if torres wasnt going we'd be lucky if we got anyone

What sort of reaction does Torres get from the team and more importantly the fans if he bottles it and does not sign?
If he does sign for Cheslki will he play against us next week my guess there will be a clause not allowing him to play against us till next season.
