makes sense as he can deliver the crosses, especially if Adam's transfer falls.

Yeah, I went into this window thinking Suarez... OK, Adam... OK, but who is the top class CB we'll be buying...

we'll just have to score more goals than them :D

It can wait, Carra is back from injury.

Odds on Carragher clattering Torres on Sunday?

How ironic will that be that we are now making aggressive acquisition after Torres is gone...happy days!

That's better!

Fair play to the owners though for being decisive and taking action.
I'm confident with them and Kenny at the helm, we're going to be alright.

Especially with this forward line!

                                     Carroll

        Suarez                                                 Kuyt/Pacheco

Couple of interesting comments:

Chris Murphy:
Its a massive gamble for Kenny Dalglish too. He's about to spend a combined £60 million on a striker with decent European pedigree but a questionable temperament and a raw, unproven striker with a history of getting into scrapes.

Jon Carter:
Blackpool manager Ian Holloway claims chairman Karl Oyston is refusing to answer calls from Liverpool regarding midfielder Charlie Adam. ''He's my player and that is the situation at the moment,'' said Holloway. ''I spoke to Kenny Dalglish the other day and he made an improved offer. I talked to the chairman about it and he turned it down. Damien Comolli has now tried to contact Karl but he hasn't returned his calls. He hasn't got to has he? It's pretty rude isn't it but if we run out of time...''

any chance we arent buying carroll to replace torres, but as an incentive to persuade him to stay and show that we r 100% in trying to break into the top4 again.

Torres will help us back to the top because his money is finally giving us money for the firepower we have needed for years...........

We may of been a two player attacking team for the past few seasons (well one cos either torres or gerrard is mostly always out)

but now with Torres money and Kenny magic wand :D  we will be back!!!!

Thankyou Torres you sh!t head!!!!
