Reina and Gerrard are the same, fúck me it hurts but if your in the club day in and day out and your struggling to stay in the league let alone trying to win it, as a world class player you may think your at the wrong club.

agreed,

but chelsea?

Still might not happen. If the club doesn't want to sell him, he's under contract and there is f*ck all he or the Chavs can do about it once that window shuts. If that happens, then maybe there is a chance he'll see the error of his ways, but this is a fairly sickening insight into Torres' character.

support won't be the same if he ends up staying.

it won't, he has lost a lot of respect

We may see a statement from him tomorrow either in the Press or Press Conference to explain things.

Very disappointed with the lad for handing in the transfer request....

Yes... it will be on our terms. Hopefully we can rape them for the price.

Nope. Still wouldn't sell him to them kunts. That's the ultimate slap in the face if Torres thinks he can go to them and everything will be honky dory. The club was correct at rejecting his request. They should keep doing so, and if he sulks, f*ck him. Drop him into the reserves until the summer then let him go at a premium to someone else, but not them c*nts. I wouldn't let him have his way. F*cking disgusted I am.

I fully agree...

Our owners have to set a new policy at the club similar to the one the mancs have: DON'T SELL ANY OF OUR PLAYERS TO RIVAL PREMIER LEAGUE CLUBS...

Torres is disenchanted though so even though I am extremely disappointed, I still forgive him. I hope that his decision to hand in a transfer request is before we secured Suarez and after we've shown the intent to improve the squad he will make a u-turn and decide to stay...

I feel like when Obi Wan felt when Annakin betrayed the Jedi..

How could he... he is suppose to be the chosen one and destroy our rival clubs not join them!

We'll see if he's still here in 48 hours. I still fully expect him to be supported while he's wearing the red shirt, and he will be. People are prone to mad decisions in their lives at one point or another. Torres can be forgiven, but he has to make that happen. If he doesn't want to, so be it. I'm more disgusted that his choice is Chelsea. Classless fans; classless owner; classless club. If the shoe fits...

I was more upset when keegan/alonso/fowler left tbh, torres has been poor for 2 years, we are LFC & joe cole will score the winner next week.

I agree, but we won't be sold with the stuff he says anymore, we were naive, but now Torres has shown his true colors.

I won't be surprised if any of the other players like Pepe do the same, no loyalty in modern football anymore, players come and go and we have to accept it and move on, even if its going to hurt us emotionally.

What is that supposed to mean?

Would Manure be better? Or buy it all City?

Chelski is not a rival club more than any other PL club.

Mate, Chelsea are a close 2nd behind man utd. We hate them and they hate us. Torres knows this all too well.
