i think this is key. signing suarez would surely be a signal of intent? suarez was supposed to be his foil not his replacement.

still can't see torres going this late in the day, especially to chelsea. they're on the decline and are in need of a clearout as they're squad is ageing.

Latest twitter ......Suarez will be having a Steak and ale pie in Wetherspoons ...Charlie Adam who will also be in tandem will be having two helpings of sausage egg and chips at the same establishment ...then the two Liverpool new Boys will be heading towards Matthew St in an attempt to pick up some strange .....

Wetherspoons? I hate wetherspoons pubs, no atmosphere, whats that pub called in Liverpool where you knida walk in, bar is at other end up some steps? toilets on the left, tvs on the right in a kind of balcony thing? narrow pub?

there is about 100 pubs in the city centre, can't you narrow it down a bit more
