With RH, it was hard to tell because the way he signed Meireles was so quick and unkown.  Poulson and Koncheskey weren't worth enough to even bother.  The difference between selling Alonso for 23 or 30 is like us paying either 2.7 or 3.5 for Poulson.  It wasn't a significant enough difference that there should be some long-standing debate between the two.  So we just fork out 3 and nobody complains.  He didn't have to lie to us about what he was spending and recouping.  We were also flat out told that we got for Mash.  We were never really given an exact amount, but it was obvious we didn't get what he was worth.

I'm pretty confident that NESV and Kenny share the idea that the fans should be as involved as possible after the transfer goes through.  I think they really want us to know what they spent on the player.

To be far it is highly unlikely that Rafa would have been the person who negotiated transfers.
He may have identified players but wouldnt have been the person that decided figures.
