but it feels good. Started the first week walking 5 mins and then jogging 1 min. Did that 3 times a session, 3 times a week.
This week i've been walking 4 mins jogging 2.
Will up it to 3 mins walking, 3 mins jogging 4 times a session next week.

roberto green wrote:Good to see you back running Dun, I have done so much running this year it has been unbelievable but unfortunately that was all before my wedding and as you know once you give it up for a few weeks it's so hard to get back into. but I have got back into it the past few weeks just a few half an hour runs about 3 miles at the mo until I'm ready for more. Been tonight but the only thing about when you run is about half an hour later your starving and you eat anything
