its been 3mths and 2 days since i stopped smoking, and i fell much healthier and two stone heavier.

dawson, climb outta that bubble. i gave up some 4mths ago, and ive noticed that my clothes dont smell of cigs, i feel healthier and my sense of smeel is better.

however, my appetite did increase, so i wont die of lung cancer, i'll die from stroke, due to my increased diet  :D

I'm also off them: its difficult as at times you really get tempted to go back, but I guarantee that people who smoke more than 10 cigs a day for at least 3 years won't say that they enjoy smoking. Its great for a while when you're 19 and on the booze the whole time, but the appeal soon wears off.
