across the board warnings, including mods who say words like fuck , bastard etc etc to others members

for example if a mod says to another member whilst quoting him:

it pisses me off when you go off on one, get a fucking life or ill ban you, you sad fucking individual. now just fuck off

something like that

Capital Punishment. Solves all problems. Of course the offenders have to co-operate and tell us where they live otherwise it wont work as well. But a bit of co-operation and come match day defeats we can have our Newkit Capital Punishment Day for the offenders ! We lost 3-0 yeah but good to see Kharhaz hung, drawn and quartered eh?

i vote for pm , the member , that way is fairer and then if they don't listen , card em , still carry on ban em for a week
