The only Vindaloo I ever had nearly blew my f*cking head off.

I tipped it in the bin, went to bed, and by the time I'd got up, there wa a 17' crater in the floor.

That's the sign of a good one. There is actually a gorgeous taste under the fire somewhere. If you want to get to that taste without your eyes melting, drink Lassi, which is basically milk. Carbonated drinks stimulate the taste buds and water does nothing, whereas milk coats taste buds and dulls spice.

fresh yoghhurt you should use to nullify a hot curry in the mouth, i was lucky living in Kuala Lumpur that there was a big indian population and the curries were real curries and not the :censored:

My aunt does a mean curry. She's Trinidadian and her Curry Goat is to die for. She can do things with chick peas that make your mouth water.
