Dalglish - 4, strange substitutions, moving Downing inside (see Meireles above), we were second best central midfield second half yet did nothing to change it.

Reina - 6 ,was alert and focused not much to do with the goal.
Flanagan - 4 ,thought he did pretty well till the goal ,although the whole defence shifted to the left for some reason on that play ,afterward look a bit shaken.
Carragher - 5, ok but i'm afraid has no extra to offer.
Agger - 5 ,ok game ,nothing to remember.
Enrique - 6 ,good game defensivly ,should get the green light to join attack next time.
Henderson - 5 ,much work but nothing to show for.
Lucas - 5 ,very good first half but evaporated in the 2nd.
Adam - 5 ,See Lucas.
Downing - 6 ,looked the most sharpest tool in the box ,a shame he wasn't used more.
Suarez - 5 ,looked tired.
Carroll - 6 ,Thought he did really well ,won most of the Air battle and was pretty involved.

Dalglish - 5 ,thought he played our current best 11 ,but game plan wasn't clear ,long balls were useless and subs were not effective. (Why not Ngog?).

Reina - 6- Not much to do to be honest
Flanagan - 4.5- He was one of the 2 players I thought had an average first half. The second half didn't help
Carragher - 6- Can't really blame him for anything defensively.
Agger - 6- Same as Carra
Enrique - 6.5- Linked up with the club really well considering... Extra credit because of that.
Henderson - 5 Not good enough at the moment, but I do expect big things in the future.
Lucas - 5- Much quieter than I've come to expect from Lucas
Adam - 7- I know not many agree with me on this one, but it is what it is.
Downing - 7.5- Caused so many problems until he was moved. My MOTM
Suarez - 7- Had a decent game but was rusty. Still a huge threat even without full fitness.
Carroll - 7- He won every single 50-50 in the air. Passing was good enough and was unlucky the goal didn't stand.

Subs
Kuyt (Henderson) -6- Obvious sub to make, but wasn't able to change much.
Meireles (Suarez) -5.5- Out of position and wasn't able to contribute much.

Dalglish - 6.5- Credit to him for selecting Enrique, but everybody knows he probably made a mistake with the Meireles and Downing situation.

Kenny should have stuck with what worked for him at the end of last season, and not put in all the new players at once. Downing will be 7-7.5 every week, consistent, but never spectacular, not a criticism, actually, what you need from a winger. Still a point is better than none, and Sunderland will cause a lot of teams problems, apart from manu.
