Cisse could bag a couple on his Anfield debut. 2-0 to pool.

3-0. Cissè 2 and Gerrard 1.

My hopes are up that Alonso is presented as a new Liverpool-player before the match. Or even better; He gets the last 15 as a sub and scores after breaking through the city defence and a cracking finish.

That would be 4 goals, so 4-0 it is

I didn't notice your new avatar, chiggz...good one as van the driver-man is a serial diver!

I hope we gwt a good result like 2-0 but after the Tottenham game, I am a bit cautious to predict a big victory. I'd take any victory as long as it is a win for us...

I reckon 2-0.. double from Cisse, but commanding performance from Gerrard for man of the match (as usual)
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

Unrealistic, City is not a team like Everton that will let 4 goals in without scoring 2 or 3 themselves. It will be a pretty good match but a fair score is 2-1, LFC win.

I doubt that Baros will score, so I will go with Alonso (if he plays) if not Alonso then Gerrard and Cisse.
