The omens are good, City beat the bitters at home so we beat United at home... 8-0 will do.

Milner at RB for me over Fabinho. Can see us playing 4-3-3 again so I see Klopp going with Hendo, Gini and Keita and the usual front 3.

Milner, Gini and Keita for me.

Milner knows how to put his foot in when needed - and it will be needed today.

It's pretty normal under Klopp for players from the academy to get the opportunity to train with the first team here and there. Can't see Hoever featuring in any first team squads anytime soon considering he's only really been playing for the U18s and only a handful of games for the U23. I would think this is nothing more than reward for his progress and filling in the numbers in training.

Rafa Camacho might be an outside bet for some football this season. He got promoted to train full-time with the first team towards the end of last season and has really impressed for the U23 this year. He has always been a wide player but played RB right through pre-season. I could see him featuring in the FA Cup.

That Camacho lad actually looked better than Trent in pre-season, it wouldn't bother me to see him get some game time, maybe not today but in the near future - definitely.

I'd like to see Fabinho on the pitch, not only is he playing well and improving every game he gives us a bit of extra height which will come in handy against Mourinho's ale house tactics.

Despite an optimistic 3-1 prediction for us I'm still feeling a bit twitchy about this one.

Whilst they haven't been "at it" this season the scum still have some quality players in their ranks and despite their less than stella performances under Maureen I think individually they'll be up for this one.

Early goal please Redmen, put them on the backfoot from the start  :buttrock

Good midfield, but Clyne and Lovren in defence... hope the attackers are up for this one

I always feel nervy when we face them because how many times we dominate and still get a negative result.

The right hand side of defence is a bit of a worry. Lovren hasn't played much football this season and Clyne has barely played in the last year and a half. Clyne is also pretty poor in the air so I'd expect Lukakau to peel off between Clyne and Lovren and Man Utd to send some long balls over. Our midfielders need to be alive to the 2nd ball today.

Lot of effort, but no end product.  Hilarious that Manure rely on hoofball, with their 300m+ squad
