true but if you look at it he hit the woodwork partly because he had to make space for himself and shot off balanced... shelvey was waiting there at a better position to easilyt slot it into the goal...

Downing's shooting is ridiculous for an england international... he would just swing his leg and hope the ball is on target which often times is not...
