One thing, Maxi should start.

1-0 Liverpool, won't be able to watch it because I'm at work

Suprised Shelveys in but be interested to see where he plays. His goalscoring exploits at Blackpool where as part of a 3 man attack so he was not sat in midfield making tackles. At some point they will have to Carrol a run of games surely or the debate will continue with his confidence ebbing away.

I don't think Carroll's confidence can get any lower mate, leaving him our again shouldn't make much difference to that.

At the moment he doesn't deserve to be starting, but he'll get his chance whenever Suarez eventually gets his ban from the FA, and he must take it otherwise he could be out the door in the summer.  Might sound harsh, but his performances have been that bad.  It's true our style of play doesn't play to his strengths, but I still think we should be expecting a bit more from him.

Would be interesting with Shelvey in the line-up... now we'll have more Hollywood passes with both him and Adam in our starting line-up :D

Did Maxi run over Kenny's cat or something? For the love of god give him a game! We have a few mid-week games coming up in next two weeks, so he better get time then.

i'm not sure whether our starting 11 are strong or not but our bench looks quite solid... :D

I do think we need another striker though...

and a right winger...

Haha Downing with a shot for the booing :D. Villa fans are idiots though, I wouldn't boo Downing if I were a Villa fan

GET IN!!! Shelvey did great to get behind that ball from the corner, and Bellamy had an easy job. Good start.
