Torres was having an awful match, half the people on here said they wouldn't mind seeing him off.  (But now complaining, hypocrites)

Gerrard sub was a bad one, but it wasnt like he was playing well.

2 main goal threats , whether they are or not they have a better chance at getting you a goal . Torres was against chelsea last season in the cl yet he scored , arsenal as well , see my point?

I still think Torres should of come off, but for Keane.

Babel off for Riera.  And Alonso on for Lucas.

Im not one for turning on our own players but enough is enough, Benayoun, Lucas and Dossena are not good enough to be playing for our club . . .

Rafa sticks by these players and its cost us another fecking game . . . so yes he is to blame!

Benny was arguably as good as any of our players tonight, and Dossena didn't play!

I agree Benny's not good enough btw , but he played well tonight.

To be fair to both, neither were playing very well at all, though Gerrard still looked a threat at times. Though it makes no sense whatsoever to take your two best players off when even if they are quiet, they can still produce a match winner. Torres was unlucky to have hit the post, but leaving Lucas on and taking Gerrard off is just f*cking madness in the extreme. Lucas is NOT LFC standard, end of. Why he gets a first place berth is mental. We were controlling that game up until those subs, which totally f*cked it for us. Maybe not the first sub (which was very strange, but still made sense with two more subs to be used) but the other two wrecked our shape. Keane should have come straight on for Babel IMO, with Reira on the left and Kuyt wide right. That at least would have made better sense, but taking Gerrard off and Torres? Rafa tried to be clever, and he f*cked it.

Okay lets get 1 thing straight, he didn't pick a bad lineup.  His subs were horrendous, he makes us look like bottlers and like we have no belief in ourselves.  He made us drop into a shell once again by taking our best player off for DIRK KUYT the defensive genius.  Then when they tie instead of taking Babel the waster off he takes Stevie off for Keane?  Yes, I know, Stevie played like sh!t prior to this and Babel had a good first half but if you think it was right to take Stevie off then you're stupid, sorry.

Everyone seems to be finally waking up to smell the Rafa. Me personally, I thought we lost the league when we drew at home to Fulham. I guess it had to get to this for it to sink in for the others.

Should Rafa be given a new contract? Can he really take us further than this? I dont think so.

I think that the 2 owners or the new owners will NOT offer any new contract to Rafa ....

All the matches that we lost points are all because of Rafa's 4-5-1 .... and today "oops he did it again" ...

He should played 4-4-2 and kill the game in the 1st half and sub the key players during the 2nd half ...
