Do you think we should have a video ref like rugby?
There have been alot of bad decisions by the refs and divers. If we did have a vid ref the number of bad decisions would be cut but would this ruin the sprit of football? I would like to know what ofther people think.

I'm a supporter of a video ref, more now than ever because the stakes have become so high.Too many decisions are wrong when they are vital to the outcome of the game, this can't be tolerated anymore.

Yeah, i agree if the game had video refs the toffees would have lost 2-0 yesterday! :D

I think the video ref will definitely come along. I agree with SS, the stakes really are too high these days to rely purely on the 'running ref'. It would also stop a lot of arguments developing on and off the pitch and force the papers to write about the game rather than all the dubious decisions that happen on a regular basis. And it may also convince some of the regular 'divers' and 'cheats' to think again.

The only reason I wouldn't have a video ref is because everyone wouldn't talk about football as much if you know what I mean.
