There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

i like that 'mixed reports' line myself. you could use it in just about any situation. any time anyone asks me about any political event, or any kind of other important world news item i'm just going to narrow my eyes slightly, stroke my chin and say "well... there are mixed reports". everyone will think i'm even smarter than paxman.

WTF what a load of sh!t
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Greedy c.unts just want some money.  Eventually they'll sue and get something back i guess.

From what i understand...Hicks wanted to sue in the US?  He is still NOT able to do so.   RBS don't mind him suing, they just didn't really want it in the US.

So really Hicks hasn't won anything today other than the right to sue in the UK...where he'll possibly lose anyways.

This matter has nothing to do with the club or NESV. Its basically Hicks trying to remove an injunction that was placed on him in October to prevent him from suing in the U.S. Basically, the UK court has lifted the injunction, and now Hicks can sue RBS and Broughton for damages in any court, UK, EU or U.S. Hicks haven't sued yet, but most probably he will and will do it in Texas, U.S.
