Yes a healthy reminder that we are the most succesful English club.  But personally I think we need to remember and honour our history rather than rely on it

Cheers Zarababe
Always nice to be reminded of why we get so passionate on here about the club.
And why are expectations are always so high

Take a walk round the museum, its an awesome trip back in time. Jus seein the 4 Euro Cups is worth the visit, let alone anythin else. i know its kinda harkin back to the past, but thats what memories are for. I doubt theres a Liverpool fan from that era alive that dont remember Rome in 1977, jus a few days after losin the FA Cup final and makin life sweet again. Even that FA cup final, we got the goal of the game.
The good times are maybe a way off still, but the football this season has been such an improvement on the last couple its hard to comprehend sometimes. All (ok most) of us know we're gettin better, and given time I'm certain Zarababe can add more stuff to that list, and more important than the Carlin Cup too.

Was there ever a better sight in football than Kenny's wide grinnin smile as he wheeled round, arms open wide, the ball nestled in the back of the net? An inspiration to any aspirin forward, no matter what side he supports.

Kenny scored the goal that clinched the championship for Liverpool in the double season at Stamford Bridge, his first as a player-manager.

I still have that image of him reeling away with both arms raised and his framiliar wide grin in my memory...
