For me, i wanted to hear words from him, like Kuyt did. But, maybe we do have a legend in thhe making here. Actions speak louder than words. A world cup winner, on the biggest night of anyone's career and he wraps his club colours around him. I dont even think Stevie would of done that!

Viva espana, viva Fernando Torres, LIVERPOOL'S NO 9.

Doubt he'll join Barca.  They play exactly like Spain and it just doesnt suit Torres.  Or any of the PL players like Cesc.

Great to see the Liverpool scarf.  i feel so bad for the guy.  He clearly wasn't fit going to the WC and he needs some time to get back into things.  Was very unfortunate to get injured again.

anyone think torres might stay another year now cos hes won something big this year. Plus with his injury might wona stay put and get sorted first. Am seriously worrying about his continual injuries. I think we should cash in and fast.

You dont sell your best players!

What we do need is another player who can operate alongside Torres and also in the lone striker role in case injury strikes again.

Ngog is not that man, so I would sell him and replace him with a class striker who is probably nearing the end of his career, someon who has done it and could help our younger players with his experience.  I dont know who that is, but maybe someone like Van horseface or someone if his ilk!
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

I tell ya, we should get Llorente!!

Very capable of playing lone striker and has a great presence. He made two appearences for Spain in the world cup and did well on both. He only plays for Athletic Bilbao so its not like he will be wanting champions league football and the price is realistic. Scored 14 goals for Athletic Bilbao last season in 37 appearences.

Also, his full name is Fernando Llorente Torres which means we would have two Torres'

He is a good player, have mentioned him before but I think he could be out of our price range.

I think he will stay, but I just hope he is fit to play for us.
The Torres of old in his first season with us just got up and on with the game when fouled, last year his body language seemed all wrong to me.

Pepe was also wearing the colours of his local club. His dad must have been happy.
