Now he is moaning at the referee all the time and his body language is poor. Probably frustrated by the lack of form both for himself and the team.

That's spot on actually.  Torres' moaning is getting ridiculous and he was also throwing himself to the ground like a sack of sh.it when he was getting tackled in that wolves game.  Yesterday he was as bad as Ronaldo, played like a complete prima donna.  He needs to snap out of it.  I don't give a sh.it if he's frustrated, for 100k a week I expect him to keep his mouth shut and concentrate on putting the ball in the net.

Remember back to his hattrick against Reading in the Carling Cup in his 1st season.  That was the game that I really knew we had a special player.  He got kicked all over the pitch and just didn't react.  He got up and got on with it and stuck it to the opposition by thumping in a superb 3 goals.  Something has changed with him this season.  Maybe he's started believing his own hype, doesn't think players have the right to tackle him anymore and thinks he deserves favours from referees.  Just like the greasy Portuguese tw@t.

I hope he proves he's better than that.

That's right John and the more he moans the more opponents are going to try and wind him up.
Only answer is to hit the back of the net, Benitez needs to grab hold of him big time and if he doesn't then it's poor man-management.

just see that report on Sky newss about him saying that he will leave if we dont ended up in the top 4.............is this the same person that said we should all back the manager only a few days ago? ???

there is a lot of truth in top 4 thing, there are lots of reports that a lot of big names will look to move if we are not in the top 4 and they feel they dont have a chance to win the prem next year.

Is it really that surprising? Have you taken a look at the face on Benitez lately and his body language!

I disagree, at least in yesterday match.

In the wrong reports of Torres I brought before he came here I accused him of precisely what you are noticing.

But IMHO, yesterday, he was whacked from minute 2. The tackle of minute two could have hindered for all the game for that matter. Did that stop there? No. Whacked again in Min 14. Whacked again in min 17. And whacked again in min 24. S

3 times from behind and hardly.  No yellow card.

It's all nice to have a manly game, but within the rules of football, and yesterday their CB were allowed far too much. The ref was a cúnt. So IMHO, at least yesterday Fernando was complaining fairly.

Well, Torres won't be one of them, unless he's sold because the club decides so.

It isn't just yesterdays match, but Torres has been doing an awful lot of whinging this season, its not good to see him and Gerrard carrying on like a pair of t@rts.

Lads, if this is all you can talk about on the Torres thread then I guess its a real quiet day......

Lets focus on getting 3 points every time.

I could understand if Torres left because we werent in champions league football because he is one of the worlds best players. I wouldnt blame him for not wanting to be in Europa.

But the media are talking sh!te at the moment. Never believe an article unless it has QUOTES.

You are wrong Sabre, its nothing to do with being whacked in any minute!
The guy is a shadow of his former self...I remember a game against W Ham when Nando first came...they kicked the absolute fu'ck out of him and he got up fought on and was not intimidated,it made him stronger!

He needs an operation..that simple really

I read some time ago that some people from the Spain camp are urging him to get his op done now as there is obviously nothing left to play for silverware wise (ok the FA cup that's it) so that he can be fit for Spain in the world cup. But we all know things will be twice as bad if he is out for the rest of the season. If I were Rafa and were still in charge come end of season id make him have his op then as if he carries on he will always be playing below par.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

it seems that this report about him going is down to agent, he has let it so the big clubs can make sure they have the money ready to put in bid of around 50mil if we dont make it into the top 4.

thats based on some reports coming into the bbc news hub (been told to call it that now by my mate lol)

if it is the injury thats causing this then why the fook didnt we let him have the op when he had the three week rest, it makes no sense to rest him for 3 weeks if it isnt going to cure it 100%.

as for being kicked off the park most weeks, at what point does a player think enough is enough, its not just the obvious stuff its players leaving there foot in after the tackle.

hopefully we`ll bring someone in to help out upfront.

sorry it dont wash with me, he can still play then he can still get goals, even if you just use him for 50 mins, he is not putting the work in as he is worried he might get hurt more, i understan that but in that case he should of gone for the op when the club told him too, but oh no, he took a trip to Spain tp be told that he was ok to play after a bit of rest.

for me i dont think it is that bad.
