Stu, has he got better pace than out current central defenders?

What I remember of him is the image of him kneeling on the ground and punching the ground in frustration at manure's 2 last grasp goals in the CL. I don't know much about him but he is reputed to be quite a solid player with plenty of experienced. If he has pace and still only 27, then 4 million would be a snip for an experienced player like him.

IMO opinion we need a striker then we can continue to bed Pongolle over the season, he is not quite ready yet lets face it the pressure of only playing when the first two is out is massive coz he HAS to perform. Wonder if Heskey is available. LOL.
