Just seen that on sky, its an awkward one to understand fully at this moment in time. I thought he might have been replaced in Jan but having stayed on and with the side doing well i am surprised. I am sure we must have someone else in mind to carry out the role tho.

Steve Clarke?
"Life is not just about money. There are other things, important things that have a different kind of value. Anyone from Liverpool could tell you that."
Once Steve Clarke was brought in, the writing was more or less on the wall for Sammy. I would like to say he will be missed, but to be honest, I dont think he will.
Bill Shankly: “I was the best manager in Britain because I was never devious or cheated anyone. I’d break my wife’s legs if I played against her, but I’d never cheat her.”
It's the last change in the backroom isn't it? Quite happy with a complete overhaul if I'm being honest, everything seems fresh and I'm loving it - just need to sort matters on the pitch now
See ya Sammy - there's an infamous pic of you and Roy now anyway for your time here
