Rooney - The boy's a manc

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Put your money on it - Next season wonderboy will be in a Manc shirt.
£30million has got the lad and from the same source - Moyes is facing a players revolt they're not  happy- I can feel a relegation coming on.

John Bull, you've misunderstood the quote.  What was said was that Moyes has got some revolting players, and we'll all agree with that.

Rooney might move in the next 24 months, but it'll never be 30million.  :D

The money Arsenal have paid for Reyes will probably be closer to the mark.

I don't like to think that Roo is over to Manc. That's not favourable to us. Never thought this will actually be mention.
He will score against France today too! Still France may run over England, 2-1

Hmmm ? I try not to let my personal dislike interfere with my view of a players ability. To call him another John Hartson is somewhat harsh and anyway there were times when I wished Heskey played more like Hartson.
I wouldn't be unhappy if Rooney moved to us. Think how the Blu******* would feel :D

I'd be delightes if the mancs shelled out 30 million for Rooney, coz I reckon the guy is over rated and he'll end up being another Norman Whiteside, finished up by the time hes 23.

Listen boys, much as it pains to say it make no mistake Rooney is the next big thing, he and Stevie G will light up the Euro's and then we will see the real transfer talk.

Neither will go anywhere this close season, maybe at the end of nexty season if their respective clubs are still as ******.

Leon's right.

I can't believe people are saying Rooney is overated.

At the minute he's a quality player. Ok he's only 18, but he's still quality.

He has the potential to become a world class footballer.

Seriously, I used to watch the kid quite a bit, I live near to the Youth Centre on Dunningsbridge road, and a friends kid was in there at the same time, although he is younger, and we would watch the games quite a bit.

The lad could do things with a ball I have only seen the true greats do, and he was only 15 at the time.
