First of all I'd like to say how pleased I am with our new signings and our squad in general.

Does anyone have any idea as to what is going to happen to
Le Tallec
Pongolle
Traore

All are surplus to requirements, but latley I have seen no story's or interest from anyone.
Also Kewell and Zendon, I see no future for these 2 at the club.
So I think its about time all these players left our club.

Diao is quality, I would not dream of letting such a player leave

I think what BAv meant, mate, is that when you first posted this thread there were 5 versions of it up under "New Posts".  It must have been a glitch and it's sorted now.

As to your questions:

1) Traore may be off to Charlton on loan (latest I've heard)
2) Pongolle seems to be staying
3) Le Tallec I have no idea about
4) Zenden's staying as cover for CM
5) Kewell is likely staying (must see how Gonzales adapts) but there are some (highly speculative) rumours that we may sell him to raise funds

my only worry would be who would buy kewell traore,zenden,pongolle, le tallec, i cant see any top european clubs intrested in them so money wise there not  going to bring in a huge amount. so im afraid were stuck with them and are massive wage bill

Dav.... Bring back Houllier?? I can only imagine you are being sarcastic there. Gerard was a Man for his time but the Club's moved on now and considering Managers come to us under the shadow of Shanks, Paisley, Kenny & Joe, Rafa's not doing a bad job is he........!!!

I agree with everything you have said mate, other than Pongolle. I think he can give us sdomething different up front if sod all else is working.

But I couldn't agree more about Kewell and Zenden. Both are not good enough. Neither of them actually give the side quality. I would put Garcia in that catergory as well but it doesn't seem anyone else will.

A good point. The kind of teams who are going to buy the likes or Diao are Portsmouth and Birmingham and when both loaned him he couldn't play so he is ours until his contract runs out or a middle of the road French side come in for him.

Traore can leave by all means.
My views are clear about Zenden and Kewell.
Le Tallec can go, doesn't offer us anything.

I would like to see Flo stay.
