Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby Ciggy » Sun Apr 26, 2009 11:50 am

The last time we scored 4 goals at Stamford Bridge we won the league.

The last time a player scored 4 goals at Anfield (Arshaven) we won the league.

The team that is top of the league on New Years day wins the league.

The last time we beat Chelsea twice we won the league.

the last time we won the league number 15 won the Grand National, this year the horse number 15 won the Nash.

Hurry up Ken marry stephanie Beacham :D

Any more?

There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

I think regardless if we win the league this year, I believe Rafa finally understand what he needs to do. I'm sure tomorrow will be a brigther day. It is out of our hand now this year and I would be satisfied if we maintain second.

I could have sworn it was at Anfield, but you're right.  :O

Apologies Ciggy - I will gracefully retire from this thread...

This isn't like Istanbul, it's not ours to win. It's United's to lose. We can win the rest of our games 5-0 and it won't mean a thing unless United drop 6 points. I hate to be like this but this forum is the reason I'm so upset with everything haha. Posts like that are what distract me from reality and leave me asking for a lot to hope for, and leaving me with a lot to be disappointed about. I'd be a much happier person without Liverpool Football, but it's something I know I can never walk away from

Do it again next year cause all the poo in the world isn't gonna help this season. Unless of course Trafford becomes flooded with poo, then maybe we'll have some chance
