NO, I think you were insinuating that the shirts were made to look as advertising boards for an American company under the illusion that SC is an American bank.  I nearly called you on this the other day when you origianlly posted this but I thought I'd be stirring the pot.

But knowing you are such a fervent Liverpool supporter, I'd find it very difficult that you could ever call a great club as LFC "an American franchise".

BTW the only sport in the US that has any sponsors on the front of their shirts are in the MLS.  This is another reason why I found your post completely astounding.

will need some time to get used to standard chartered.  :D

it just seems a little odd not seeing carlsberg on it. its been there so long its like i dont even notice it anymore, but 'standard chartered' just seem really funny looking.  :p

if only we could play in those kits with no logos on em,  :bowdown

Well it's £80 million for the duration of the deal which is 4 years mate . I'm not sure how it's paid ,but in theory it  could well be £20 million a year.

Whatever it is.....it's fukking shabite!.....I reckon everyone should boycott these commercial corporate, free advertising shirts....and buy "retro ones" instead.....you cant beat the good old original red and white....with no advertising on them.....the only advertisment you need on an LFC shirt ....is the Badge!....not a fukking bank!....fukk em' off i say, and start buying retro's. :nod
