And I tell you this now for free. don't let anybody come on here after the game, after we've won and tell me that the manager was right here. We've got our star striker injured, and we have another striker who we paid 20 million quid for, on the back of three goals in two games sitting on his erse. Even if we win this game, what about the chance for keane to build on his fledgeling Liverpool career? Absolutely ridiculous selection this is, without any redeeming feature unless Keane is injured.

come on lads make a good account of yourselves today! its time to step up and show what they can do
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Should be interesting.

If he plays 4-4-2
I am not sure Babel on the left is the way to go. He cuts inside too much and with Gerrard comming forward, Keane & Kuyt/Torres up front and Benayoun/Kuyt on the right (they also both cut inside) we have feck all width. They'll be shoulder to shoulder in the box.
My Preffered formation:
------Keane----Torres/Kuyt-----
El Zhar---Alonso--Gerrard-----Kuyt/Benny
Insua---Agger----Alonso-----Carra
-------------Reina----------------

If we play:
4-2-3-1
It looks a bit better with Babel on the left and Kuyt on the right Keane/Torres up front. We get to play Mash, Xabi & Gerrard all together too. But if Torres is fit it would ne criminal to start Keane on the bench.
My perfered formation:
---------Keane/Torres---------
--Babel-----Gerrard-----Kuyt--
-------Alonso-------Mash------
Insua----Agger----Hyypia---Carra
-------------Reina--------------

If everyone selected is fit tough decision for Rafa today.

It's 4-5-1 ... Rafa is looking forward NOT to lose the game and NOT to win the game ... 1 point for today's match ...

I hate it even babel is on the left....becos if he is...i can almost..."gura---damn----tee" that he will have an awful game.

I rather see Kuyt on the right, benayon on the left and babel upfront.....

or

Babel on the right....benayoun on the left and Kuyt upfront.

Babel on the left is a strict NO........for me...
