By theoretically, do you mean the higher ranked team in the Premiership or the team thats one 18 League titles. Sorry, same team, how silly of me.

When you see how much money you have spent,it cant be hard for you to see that you wont win a thing under Souness,he destroyed our club and its taken many years to recover from it.Newcastle have to get rid of Souness.

Like a lot of football fans I have a soft spot for Newcastle but when the board sack one of the most respected elder statesmen in football (Sir Bobby Robson no less) it says more about the board then it ever will the fans, who are on the whole superb advocates for their team.

In Souness they have acquired an over rated mangerial "thug" who when let loose with someone else's chequebook can seriously damage the health of your club :Oo:

Perhaps he could take over as Manager of Man U when Sir Andrex gets shown the door

Totally agree there, Souness is a bad manager, not only that but he's bad at managing people cos the guy is a c.unt

I think Newcastle need someone like a Stuart Pearce who can motivate the players and is down to earth as Geordies are.

i totally agree with both of you on this one...souness a great player in his day but as a coach sorry...remember his trademark saying when liverpool lost a game the players have no passion, and paul c youre right newcastle would be tailer made for someone like pierce, merry christmas wiley, wiley what do you think of souness be honest
