Go to your signature in your Control Panel and copy and paste the URL of the picture in between two image tags like this

[IMAGE]http://www.mypicture.gif[/IMAGE]

Except put IMG instead of IMAGE

Good stuff, I'll get round to updating my site one of these days.  It's because I moved house and my PC still isn't set up.  In fact it's lying in a cupboard under the stairs.

That's also the reason why all of your signature banners still only have four stars on.  I just enjoy drinking and socialising too much lately to sit at a PC updating websites and banners.
