Houllier spends - Gh draws up shopping list

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

He said he wont leave unless he is forced out.
Many of you think that I'm joking but I'm being serious when I say that I think his class and if he is playing bad put him on the bench he is good player to have to come in if needed.
I would be really disappointed if we sold him.

Wouldnt let him go for under 8mil.
On his cuurent form we wont get that so we keep him.

I heard some bulls**t that Birmingham are preparing a bid of 3mil in the summer (yeah right) , it made me laugh.

Not sure to be honest mate. Maybe £5m if Cisse comes? Remember he's £2m a year on the payroll?

Wishful thinking here but I wonder how Heskey would perform if O'Neill came to Anfield?

O'Neill to Anfield wouldnt that be great ?

I think he'd be good O'Neill would get the best out of him and help him find his old form.

Was'nt Traore supposed to be similar to a young Desailly and the future of the french national teams defence and the new Lizaraseau was touted according to Houllier  as being Vignal,i guess we were all taken in by Houlliers pipe dreams when he first came to prominence, because we simply wanted to believe it,

Vignal still is a hell of player with superb potential. He'll come good.

I think Traore is a good player also. Not brilliant and probably not good enough to command a regular place but i still think he's decent. I can see why Houllier thought he could be world class. Sometimes he still gives us that impression. The way he played last season when we couldn't get near Valencia last season at anfield was superb.

Listen lads when its down to the players, and we are debating their individual strenghts and weakness' I personally beleive it is really disrespectful to both the players and GH to use the old line

THIS IS THE NEW "insert french players name"

GH used this line as far as I know only once, and it was unfortunate that Bruno was put under big pressure and has except for infrequently failed to deliver. However give the lad a chance to prove himself, as I am sure he will.

SUPPORTERS are there to SUPPORT, clues in the name.

I'd like to see Dennis Wise as LFC's next manager.

Houllier should not be allowed to spend any money. £ 14 mio for Cisse is way too much. Maybe GH is too close a friend of Guy Roux of Auxerre? Every penny must be saved and given to the new manager when we sack GH in the summer. A large transfer budget will make it easier to attract the best managers. The new manager should come from Porto, Celtic, Roma or Deportivo. I do not understand why some people want Strachan. He has limited experience and has never managed a top team or won any throphies.
If football is banned in heaven. I'd rather go to hell.

it dosnt matter who we buy, houllier will make them cr#p. every single player he bought was highly rated when they came, but quickly got worse and worse, houllier is the worlds worst man manager.
