Hicks we had klinnsmann lined up for the job

There is one thing you all must be clear about

Liverpool FC business and will be treated as such.

in the business world if you think a manager is about to leave or even just in case he leaves you make a backup.
Also if you put a lot of money into a business and you dont get the results that you think you should be getting than you change the manager, how you do this ? well you can sack him if he is doing a poor job, but if he is doing a ok job then you need to thing another way, make him feel unwelcome in the office, dont give him thigs he is asking for, leak a few things about him and that he might not be the manager for much longer.
this way he might go and find another job.

if he dont then you just sack him and pay out, you dont let him stay as he knows knows what your company think of him and he could make it his business to run your business into the ground.

this is what happens in the business world and this is what is going on with our club (the business) today.

sack him and get it over and done with, we know its coming so just do it and then we can get on with the football.

typical American spin too, they were in talks with Klinnsman "in case Rafa went to another club" - what a crock of sh1t. the only way that was happening was if they sacked him. David Moores must be absolutely dejected having been suckered in by these clowns and the circus that has followed them here. I have tried to sit on the fence so far through all this cr@p but that tears it, behaviour of this sort is absolutely unacceptable at Liverpool FC, the good name of a great club is getting dragged through the mud on a now daily basis and the blame lies squarely in one corner

Like a couple other posters have commented on, I definitely do not think that this is new news to Rafa. I am sure that this must have been talked about during their meeting after the Man Utd match.

Again, the least of our concerns is Rafa leaving.

The real problem is the club is ruled by muppets. If we have a trigger happy board, we're fúcked in the football world.

Klinsmann? If he comes I'll support him as Rafa. He's a newbie, he's a gamble, but he'd be the Liverpool manager so he'd need our support. Some of this gambles, like Rijkaard who also was an unexperienced coach before Barcelona, may result reasonably well. But if all this is true, I think we're doomed. Doomed because who we have at charge.

Saint i am just fed up with our club having :censored: on their face, the owners are a joke and if Rafa had learnt from the last 3 years in the pream we would not be in this state today.

I can not see how Rafa can stay at the club now, i can not see how the owners can ever win back the fans.

I am sick to see the club this way and would love to see a end to it all, and the only way i can see this is for Rafa to go now and put a new managewr in and then sell the club AGAIN.

sorry i am a bit :censored: off with it all today. I would love to bump into Parry and the owners right now, i could show then what anger management is not.

Just been reading through the thread. Someone said we should all unite in a protest against the current management of this club (business wise). I agree, we the fans should do something to show support for Liverpool FC! I am pro Rafa, and think that any chance of success in this current climate is impossible. We want Liverpool FC back at the top of the English game well its not going to happen is it, we need to take a stand. How do we do it? Shock and Awe. Dont go the game? Mass protests? Letters of protest?

Whoever is put in charge of our interests should be transparent and Gillete and Hicks are not it would seem. I was happy when they got brought in but my god how they have let me down. I dont wanna hear how periods of transition are difficult thats an excuse for :censored: poor management.

Get rid and bring in someone who will want success.

Even an idiot can realize that the best way to make money is to win things and we aint gonna win anything being run like this.

And Parry? He has put his own interests before the club it would seem. Get rid of him! And Moores, why?

Hicks and his boyfriend Rick Parry reside in the Preston Hollow neighborhood of North Dallas.

Fair enough mate, I just think there is a time and place for that, and maybe now is neither the time or place.

I think in the short term all we can do is continue to support our manager, and hope that DIC come in riding on a white horse to our rescue.
