Hamann suspended

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Didi picked up his 4th yellow yesterday meaning he wont be eligable to play against charlton :( .
It goes from bad to worse, Gerrard isnt exactly setting the midfield alight and Didi protects our back four, and with Hyppia out aswell, its not looking good is it?
I would play Whitbread with Carragher no Pellegrino.
This is a game we must win I cant imagine us having another bad run this week.

The players need a kick up the @rse and need to be told who and what they are playing for  .

Another question does anyone agree with me that Rafa is missing an ex red onboard to be informing him and telling him about the prem and the score on the oposition?
I do, get King kenny in upstairs to inform him on these issues before its too late.

Kenny said before just after we sacked Houllier that if he could help us in anyway he would, so good shout,

but no too sure how Benitez would feel about it, and would Kenny be happy with a small role like that? ????

remeber this guy loves the club

Nice sig Fingers :D

Yes but we do need a former red somewhere in the club, as Rafa and his lot havent got a clue yet about the other teams in the prem or in cup games.
You only have to listen to Hansen and what he says, he thinks we are a disgrace, and hes right.
He is still a liverpool fan like us.

Kenny would take an offer no matter how small it was I reckon, he loves us.

Agreed, Kenny would pay to be involved, and i think it would be like having a figurehead for some of the fans to unite behind (listening to some phone ins you'd think Houllier had never left)

But just worried about the pride thing, Benitez obviously wants whatsbest for the club, but will he see that as a shat at his authority? ???

on the up side even with the terrible week we have had we are no worse off than before (except for no FA cup :( ) Everton and Boro slipped up so we are still the same points off 4th.

I would welocme ex reds like King Kenny and Hansen on board, they know the prestige and history of the club, but don't underestimate Rafa in this area, apparenty he spends all his spare time as does his wife learning all about the history of the club, he is working as hard as he possibly could and no one can beliitle him for that.

I dont see why so many people want carra in midfield, hes hardly mr creative, sure hes as 'ard as they come, in our side at least, but I'd rather see pellegrino or perrelgrino or pelican or wateva the smeg his name is not be taking carra's centre-half spot.  Carra is quicker (and in our back line every bit of pace helps) and has been playing out of his skin this season.

How long is Hyypia out for?
Do we have any choice but playing Pellegrino, with Finnan and Josemi out injured?

If Hyypia, Josemi and Finnan are all injured for the next couple of games who are we going to play, it would have to be
Traore Carragher Pellegrino Riise

I thought you're suspended after you pick your fifth yellow card not your fourth

Yea it is, I just checked. So no Hamann is not suspended but he has to be careful.
