Explain the question a little better.

First foreign player to sign for an English club for £1m + or the first foriegn player sold for £1m + but not to an english club ?

He is a foreigner but :

If bakes40 is in England and says "there is too many foreign players" (example) he obviously means players from abroad (foreigners).
