He's settled very well and is only going to get better as the season progresses. He's hit the ground running which is what we needed. From his Leipzig videos you could see he was a good striker of the ball and that goal today was sweet. In as soon as it left his boot!!

It looks like his injuries has really hampered him alot this season.. he doesn't look confident out there, and mentally doesn't look ready to fight in the big games. Was hoping he was gonna be our star man leading into the title race, but surprisingly he's the one that's fading first.

Anyone feel his gone few steps back. Early on in the season I honestly thought he is going to be the main man to take charge. Since his injuries his just been inconsistent.

Big hype early on that looks to have fizzled out tbh. It's a massive step up for him as well so this season is all about adapting to the new pressures that come with that.

Gravenberch has made absolutely no impact and for the life of me I can't understand the mouthing out of him at Bayern about not getting game time. Is he going to start that here or knuckle down and fight for a spot.

Mc Alister has shown what you get when you buy from the premier league.

I think Dom's injury has really thrown his form. He deserves more time. But am growing a bit concerned about this lad.

The fact his form cooled off since his injury tells me it is his injury and he’s not 100%

Him MacAlister and Endo are a very good midfield

One bright spot so far during this campaign. I am getting worried though that he "only" has 2 years left on his deal....

His old coach is saying it was his dream to play for Real Madrid so not sure that will be a problem moving forward. He has improved since he came to us and this year is his best so far but I’ll still say he isn’t immaculate and does look clumsy some times. He does have a great engine and one of the fastest players we have and since Trent left he has got the opportunity to take our free kicks and thus improve his shooting.

I think i read somewhere he's under contract until 2028, i dont think he'll sign another deal with us though i think he'll just let this contract he's got now run down and then go to Madrid. Even if we wanted to cash in and sell him i think he'd just sit tight refuse to go, looks like RM have been his team since he was a kid and he's got his heart set on playing for them at some point
Maybe if we look like we might be about to dominate over the next few years, if say Isak hits top form and we sort the defence out, maybe he might stay then.

I think if it’s like that then he’s certainly going to leave and we should act accordingly. We keep getting sentimental with players that don’t feel the same about the club. These messages are usually planted in the media by the agents to get things going, this is probably the same.

To be fair I’m not sure he’s ready for Real Madrid, he has a great engine but a little clumsy technically. He seems to have gained confidence this year and why he is playing his best stuff but I can see the Madrid crowd groan with some of his clumsiness and sap his confidence, he is improving though and he does look like he has the tools to take the step up. He looks more a premier league player than a La Liga  player

Yeah i agree, i think his hard running style suits the hustle and bustle of the prem more than the slow, methodical, technical footy you get in Spain. Like Trent Dom hits some great passes but again like Trent he hits a fair few wayward ones too, premier league fans dont mind that, the speculative long ball hit front to back down the channels is what English football was built on, in Spain however giving the ball away in any circumstances is a huge no,no. When you grow up in a hot country having to run around in order to get the ball back is probably a right fv.cking ball-ache, growing up in this country if you didnt run around after the ball you'd freeze to death.
