Congratulations for the victory on the cup final
I am a Benfica fan from Portugal but I have several reasons to be extremely happy.
After your victory over Chelsea for CL I was reading here in the forums and noticed that you were extraordinary people overall. Extremely nice and above all you have history and tradition on your side, something that I feel pretty much identified with.
As most of you I hate Mourinho. He was, as you very probably remember, FC Porto's coach before he decided to be in Chelsea. FC Porto is just the complete opposite of everything I believe in. They are hateful, obnoxious and have no respect for anyone else. Instead of celebrating the (few) titles they get, they use them to insult other clubs, namely Benfica. Perhaps that's why Mourinho was so well succeed there. After going to England he keeps insulting Benfica from there - a real gentleman of course. However I guess he also fits on Chelsea's mentality.
So, as you can imagine, I really don't like the guy. I believe you can see his arrogance and belief on his "superior status", despite his good skills as a football coach. Besides all this he's in cooperation with a football team financed by members of the "extremely respectable" Russian elite.
When you won that match you destroyed completely their ambitions on CL and it was a victory of football over club ownership. I was truly happy for Liverpool
On this final of course I was on Liverpool’s side
. Despite fearing AC Milan would get another CL cup (I also support Real Madrid and Milan is getting pretty close on number of cups won) I really wanted Liverpool to win. You offered football fans all over the world an extraordinary match and your victory was certainly well deserved. Better than the typical Italian football...

P.S. Benfica is also known by encarnados – word in Portuguese for reds.
