Away record

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

One draw, three losses.[including both the Premiership and Champions League]

What was up with us against Olympiakos? Shots on goal? No real chances of scoring, everytime we make a small step forward we take a huge one back.  Are we going to depand on winning at home through out the season or are we going to improve our away record and balance it out because it is looking like sh!t at the moment.

Why do we change formations when we play away? Josemi for Cisse........... :suspect:

And now we face Chelsea this weekend, I wonder if our players will learn something by then because if we don't expect another loss away.

Rome was not built in a day.

The formation was not changed AB, the personel was, but if you think Josemi replaced Cisse then your wrong, it was a change up front.

No I'm not saying that Josemi was up in front for Cisse, Josemi should had started instead of Finnan and Cisse should had gotten his regular place.

Rome wasn't built in a day, when we're away we aren't building anything just crashing and burning

AB, it will take time, there is no two ways about it.

Any away tie in front of a partizan crowd will be diffucult, we were poor, but at the end of the day we have not lost too much ground in the group, and it needs to simply be put down to experience.

Yes it is disappointing but with Monaco win its still fairly even 3 way race.
This was always going to be a rebuilding season so fans are just going to have to hold their nerve and suck it in.

Good and bad news for Pool :

Despair not. Based on the trend, Pool is due for a Win or Draw in the next game. That's how consistent we are.

Much as we need to give this lot time to deliver, they were really pathetic against the Greeks.

Looks like the only way to preserve our proud European records is to stay out of it.

I was thinking the same, but then we lost to Bolton in Red shirts.

I care more about the away record in the Premiership then in the Champions League because the Premiership is more important to me personally.
