I don't know about everyone else on here but summers are a long drawn out period over the weeks we go without football especially when there is no World cup or European championships involved.
I always look to another sport to keep an interest in and as we have just had Wimbledon and the 20/20 Cricket and also the lions tour of South Africa with also the Golf to come as well as the Ashes I wondered if there was no such thing as football what would be the preferred sport.

Personally I watch most but in small doses as I couldn't imagine watching any full time as I would the footie. One game that has vastly grew on me is the cricket but I would say more so the 20/20 as it is more exciting to watch and I always have liked my boxing but there isn't too many fights that catch the eye(no pun intended :D ) anymore on a consistent basis.

I couldn't fit every sport on so just tick other and state your preferred sport if there was no Football.

Like to watch the golf myself as there are regular tournaments on $ky each week. After that I enjoy the F1 but even those feckers bugger off every other week and for nearly a month come July/August.

If you've got nothing doing these Summertime weekends can be fecking long at times. :p

Wish the ashes were on tv over here, might be just the thing to get me into cricket.

Watching a lot of NRL lately, and a bit of Aussie football too. I watch GAA some, but I wish that they would try and score goals more often, instead of settling for a point. Wish superleague was on tv over here. Its only occasionally on espn's online channel. But I have chosen Brisbane Broncos as my league team now so its too late for St. Helens  :(   :D

Also have been getting really into boxing now, as well as MMA.

I liked boxing when I was younger till I watched one fight in live with my uncle, the punches sounded really hard just 5 meters in front of you.
I hated Lennox lewis.  :D

I did love the boxing but it isn't as good anymore the best times were the ones Eubank and the Nigel Benn were caught up in as well as the Tyson Bruno fights.

Just trying to force myslef more into the cricket nowadays, years ago I hated it but I have matured my taste in sport,  basically anything to get out of watching things like eastenders with the missus.
