its a lovely album and no mistake. did i ever tell you i once tried (and failed) to drunkenly cop off with the violin player in a pub outside huddersfield?

Awesome dude, what is it about violinists being really hot?

Theres something prim and proper but naughty about them

Image

(I would have tried as well)

you failed or succeeded?

i failed, dawson mate. it was about 5am after the 2nd night of a festival of icelandic electronic music i'd been involved in organising. she was performing with an other band, not mum, and the rest of the icelandic gang were total loons - crazy people. anyway, to cut a long story short there was a lot of extreme drunkeness and debauchery - viking style - in this pub and she was probably the most sober of the lot. and she wasn't having any of my unsophisticated advances.

about 3 months later i saw mum playing in barcelona and after the gig she let me carry her violin case to the tour bus. a magical moment.

All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Anyone like Eminem? I downloaded his new album 'Recovery' this week. IMO his best album since The Eminem Show.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

Eminem's new album is something special absolutely class

Got the new Avenged Sevenfold record yesterday as well, pretty uncomfortable listen, seems a lot of it is about their drummer who died during the recording. Some of his vocals are still in it as well

anyone who likes them will like the album for sure

My personal favourite off it - so far away
